Red Hook Criterium publishes Rockstar Top Antagonist rule for RHC Barcelona No.5

Red Hook Criterium just released the rules regarding the Rockstar Top Antagonist for RHC Barcelona No.5 Every RHC in 2017 will have different rules regarding the award.

“With the Rockstar Games Top Antagonist Award we hope to recognize athletes that are willing to be daring and brave at the most crucial times of the race. In Barcelona the prize will be given to the riders who lead their race with one lap to go.”
