When last week the news came out that former UCI U23 road World Champion Francesco Chicchi will compete in the Red Hook Crits representing Bike Team Channel the team immediately placed itself among the top teams to take into account for 2017. Besides Chicchi, the team will consist out of Roberto Barrone, Luca Oscar, Luca Gibbin, Gianpiero Mastronardo, Marco Cecchinato, Danilo Borroni, and Daniele Marco Calvi. For Red Hook Crit Brooklyn No.10 all eyes will be on Francesco Chicchi as everyone is curious how a former UCI (U23) World Champion will hold himself among the best fixed gear crit riders in the world.
