A remarkable duo signed up for RHC BK 10. British top track cyclists Callum Skinner and Kian Emadi will make their debut in the fixed gear crit sport on April 29 in Brooklyn representing Team Huez. Callum is an Olympic gold medalist in Rio 2016 on the Team Sprint where he was the third man of the team, taking responsibility for the last turn. Next to taking gold on the team sprint, Skinner also took home the silver medal on the Emadi was not part of the trio on the track in the Rio Olympics of 2016 team sprint for GB, but he did win multiple World Cups as being part of Team GB on the Team Sprint. Furthermore, he is a multiple GB national track champion. Aside from representing Team Huez, they will also be riding Trimble Racing carbon frames, built for the 2000 Olympic Gold medalist and Track Cycling legend, Marty Nothstein.

It is clear that both men have some very serious power in their legs. However, the question is if they are able to control this power on a narrow, small, and technical course and how they will adapt to the chaotic way of crit racing. However, the track record of both men shows that they know how to handle it under pressure. We can only wait and see during Red Hook Crit Brooklyn No.10. Skinner will be in heat 5 while Emadi will have to fight for qualification in the very strong heat 3.
